Compare Dutch Neighbourhoods
Compare two Dutch neighbourhoods by address, street, postcode or place: residents, age, households, origin, homes and WOZ value side by side, with figures from Statistics Netherlands.
Type two Dutch addresses, streets, postcodes or places to see the figures of both neighbourhoods side by side: residents, age, households, origin, and per postcode the homes and the WOZ value.
Please note: The figures come from Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and describe the whole Dutch neighbourhood or postcode, not a single address. They are rounded, and CBS keeps small numbers confidential.
How it works
Torn between two neighbourhoods, for example when moving in the Netherlands? Type two Dutch addresses, streets, postcodes or places, or use your location, to see the figures of both side by side.
For an address, street or postcode we take the neighbourhood where most addresses of that postcode are; you then also see the figures on homes and WOZ value of the postcode itself. For a place we take the neighbourhood in its middle, for your location the neighbourhood where you are now. The neighbourhood figures come from the key figures of Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
Frequently asked questions
Why is a figure sometimes missing?
Statistics Netherlands keeps small numbers confidential, so nothing can be traced to one household. A neighbourhood that was just redrawn may have no figures yet.
